The 92dadu platform is designed and operated for the Pakistani market. Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. 92dadu makes no representation that access to its services is lawful in every jurisdiction.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any point during your use of the platform is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 92dadu. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by CNIC, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 92dadu will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify 92dadu immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Before any withdrawal may be processed, players must complete the 92dadu KYC verification process. This requires submission of a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides), and may additionally require proof of payment method ownership. 92dadu reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawal rights suspended until verification is completed to 92dadu's satisfaction.
Your account balance represents funds held on account for the purpose of gaming activity on the 92dadu platform. Real-money balances and Bonus Fund balances are tracked separately within your account dashboard. Real-money funds are withdrawable subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 6.
92dadu accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account in real time in the case of JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within standard bank processing times for bank transfers. 92dadu does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets for fully verified accounts are processed in real time. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day. 92dadu reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
92dadu will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the player's own name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account. Players must not use the platform as a payment processing or money transfer service. Any attempt to do so will result in account suspension and possible reporting to relevant financial authorities.

All Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for completion are stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering on restricted game categories — which may include certain table games, live dealer games, or low-margin slots — may not contribute or may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement. Players are responsible for checking applicable contribution rates before wagering Bonus Funds.
92dadu operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements; using betting patterns that 92dadu reasonably determines to constitute systematic exploitation of bonus terms. All slot and casino game outcomes on 92dadu are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) which are independently audited on a regular basis to confirm statistical fairness and unpredictability. 92dadu does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92dadu platform:
92dadu reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the 92dadu platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the property of 92dadu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No player or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 92dadu content without prior written consent from 92dadu.
The collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by players is governed by the 92dadu Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy. 92dadu will never sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored in encrypted form and accessed only by authorised personnel for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dadu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: your use of the platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service; any technical fault affecting a game or transaction; any loss of data; or any decision made in reliance on information published on the platform.
92dadu does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect availability, and 92dadu shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such downtime. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balances — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at 92dadu's discretion, subject to applicable law.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 92dadu support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and any pending wagering requirement obligations on Bonus Funds.
92dadu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 92dadu will notify active players by email to the address registered on their account.
